ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION

- Payment and order confirmation before 3:00pm on weekdays will be dispatched on same day, and order after 3:00pm will be shipped on next working day.
- Delivery services closed on weekends, legal Selangor, Malaysia holidays.
- Shippping fee are listed as depending on your area code. you may check shipping fee charges when you checkout.
- Deliver time is 1-3 days for Peninsular Malaysia & 3-5 days for East Malaysia after shipment dispatch depending on the circumstances of the delivery company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Exchange is possible in the following cases
- If the delivered product is different from the order details.
- If the delivered product is damaged or contaminated at the initial stage.
Exchange is not possible in the following cases
- If 7 days have passed after delivered
- If the value of the product is damaged after open the packaging
- If the protective film attached to the product are removed.
- If the product is damaged due to customer's carelessness
